WILL THE BRICS CREATE AN ALTERNATIVECURRENCY TO THE AMERICAN DOLLAR?

 It is August 7, 2023 and we have been accustomed for a few decades to the neoliberal hymns regularly sung by the choir of globalists from Davos Forum and by various esoteric groups of darkness. 

As if the global agora was not saturated enough with incantatory songs of the neoliberals, here are new verses distilling us a new and additional song: The BRICS will create an alternative currency to the American dollar (USD).

However, since the development in the sixties of the theory of Optimal Currency Area (OCA) by Robert Mundell and Marcus Fleming, humanity must resign itself to an unavoidable conclusion: money and the Central Bank which manages the money are consubstantial with a specific country.

So the BRICS will never create money because the BRICS are not a country.

Let us take the perfect mobility of people and capital within the currency area. China would like to relocate 300 million Chinese to Siberia but you can clearly see that Russia would not want to hear about it. Let’s not talk about the criterion of optimality relating to the public budget because Russia and China certainly have no intention of transferring each year, 2% of their GDP for example to the other BRICS countries in order to correct the differences in competitiveness. So impossible for the BRICS to have a new currency (more exactly, a single currency managed by a single Central Bank).

Given the impossibility for the BRICS to have a single currency managed by a unique Central Bank, one would be tempted to consider the hypothesis of a common currency (the BRICS countries use the same currency but each country keeps its own Central Bank. All Central Banks issue the same currency). Economic history shows that all attempts of a common currency have failed and once again, the cause is always the non-respect of the Mundell-Fleming optimality criteria which causes the zone to explode when it is repeatedly solicited by asymmetric shocks. We have before our eyes a case of a common currency at the moment: the Euro zone. An examination of the Eurozone Target 2 balances shows that because of differences in competitiveness, the core of Europe (Germany, Luxembourg, Holland) accumulates an increasing claim on the periphery of Europe (Italy, Greece, Spain , Portugal, Ireland). Currently the Bundesbank holds a Target 2 claim of almost 1000 billion EUR on the Central Banks of the periphery of Europe. This is a rotten claim that will eventually be paid by Germany itself because the debtors that are the other Central Banks of the Euro zone are insolvent. To make these insolvent debtors able to pay, Germany must correct the competitiveness gap by transferring 30% to 40% of its GDP each year to the least competitive countries in the Euro zone! This is impossible and eventually, the Euro zone will naturally explode. If the experience of a common currency is so painful and chaotic when it is made between countries of the same civilization (although Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia are rather of Slavic civilization), we immediately understand that the BRICS countries, all of which are from different civilizations, must abandon any dream of a common currency.

Aware of this impossibility for the BRICS to collectively lock themselves into a single currency managed by a single Central Bank or to dream about having a common currency issued by many Central Banks, economists are proposing a hybrid solution that we will briefly recall before establishing its illusory nature.

The popular solution considered by many economists is the following:

1/ Each BRICS country actually keeps its national currency. Russia has its Ruble (RUB), China keeps its Yuan (CNY), South Africa keeps its Rand (ZAR), Brazil keeps its Real (BRL), India keeps its Rupee (INR) and each new member of the BRICS keeps its current national currency.

2/ A “BRICS Central Bank” is created. We call it BRICSBANK for simplicity purpose. Then each BRICS member country brings BRICSBANK a stock of gold. For example, country “A” brings a ton of gold to BRICSBANK and in return BRICSBANK credits the account opened by country “A” in its books, for an amount of 1 billion BRICSOR. So here is created the new currency of the BRICS, the BRICSOR which will henceforth be used by the member countries of the BRICS, to trade between them. This BRICSOR is fully pledged on gold as you can see. On its assets side, BRICSBANK holds 1 ton of gold and on its liabilities side BRICSBANK has registered in the account of the gold depositary country which is called “A”, 1 billion of BRICSOR. Country “A” therefore holds the new currency which it can use to buy from any BRICS country. So country “A” manages its own national currency, but each time it exports to another BRICS country, it earns new BRICSORs and its account held at BRICSBANK keeps filling up with BRICSORs. Conversely, when country “A” imports from another BRICS member country, it pays with the BRICSORs it holds at BRICSBANK and its account at BRICSBANK will therefore see the amount of BRICSORs reduced.

And now everything is for the best since the international reserve currency, BRICSOR, is entirely covered by gold deposited in the cellars of BRICSBANK.

Now that we have told the whole beautiful story, you already see the big flaw because this story is actually very old. This story was told to humanity in July 1944, during the creation of the international monetary system that the BRICS today contest. Yes this story is exactly that of an international trade carried out in American Dollar (USD) but a USD entirely guaranteed by gold! And one fine day, August 15, 1971, Richard Nixon discovers what kindergarten children know: the supply of gold on the planet is limited and the United States will never have enough gold to cover all the amounts of USD that the countries of the world need to trade internationally. So Nixon simply states that from now on, the United States will issue USD out of nowhere and not backed by gold.

So back to our BRICSOR. Initially, everything will work well, until many member countries of BRICS become emerging economies. Imagine, for example, 1 billion Sub-Saharan Africans gradually emerging from underdevelopment after joining the BRICS. Then the demand for BRICSOR to trade will become such that BRICSBANK will do exactly like Richard Nixon: issue BRICSOR out of thin air, without any counterpart in gold stock. And here is an old friend that you recognize and who is called credit! In the current monetary system, this old friend that is credit is carried by the issuing country of the currency which is used in international trade, that is to say that to carry this credit, the United States let their public budget deficit slip away to absolutely staggering heights. And who is financing this public budget deficit? The rest of the world ! And why is the Rest of the World financing? Because the United States has the military strength to forcibly confiscate energy and mineral resources in various parts of the world in order to finance itself for free.

When we add to the current BRICS countries the long list of new candidates (only Afghanistan and its Taliban are missing), we see that the differences in competitiveness between countries within the BRICS will be so gigantic that very quickly, the question of issuing BRICSOR out of nowhere (not backed by gold) will arise. And who is going to make budgetary transfers to support the weak competitiveness of BRICSOR structural borrowing countries? To this question, the Mundel-Fleming triangle answers that the scaffolding will collapse! And asymmetric shocks will accelerate this collapse.

So what is left as a possible solution to the BRICS?

It is the monetary platform that manages a portfolio of national currencies. For simplicity let’s call this monetary platform PLATBRICS. PLATBRICS must have a legal personality identical to that of a public multinational corporation whose shareholders are the BRICS member states. PLATBRICS must be managed on the community principle of “one country, one vote”. PLATBRICS chooses a portfolio of currencies, depending on the quality of the economy of the country issuing such currencies. When a country “A” for example looks for a currency, its intention is precise: this currency must be able to enable it, if necessary, to buy goods and services in the country issuing the currency concerned. From this, the currency portfolio that PLATBRICS will choose is obvious. All BRICS member countries and potential BRICS candidates can easily buy many goods and services produced in Russia or China, if they hold Rubles (RU) or Yuan (CNY). Therefore, PLATBRICS primarily retains the RU and the CNY in its currency portfolio. The Rupee might be looked down upon by Russia and China as these two countries do not necessarily have significant goods and services to acquire from India. On the other hand, the long list of potential BRICS candidates, especially African countries, have hosts of goods and services that they could acquire in India with INR. So for this reason, PLATBRICS will also admit INR in its currency wallet. The same reason leads PLATBRICS to also admit the Brazilian Real BRL because many countries would gladly buy Embraer aircraft with BRL. PLATBRICS must also have the nature of a Bank, that is to say that PLATBRICS must keep in its books, a BRL account, a CNY account, a RU account and an INR account for each country that adheres to the BRICS. When country “A” which is a BRICS member exports to another BRICS member country, one of its accounts held at PLATBRICS is credited. For example, the amount of CNY or RU held by country “A” in the PLATBRICS books increases. And conversely when country “A” imports from another BRICS member country then one of its accounts held at PLATBRICS is debited. For example, the amount of BRL or INR held by country “A” in the books of PLATBRICS decreases.

Principle of international centrality: The central bank of country “A”, member of BRICS does not hold any account in a central bank of another member country of BRICS. The Central Bank of country “A” holds its accounts only with PLATBRICS. This must be a written rule adopted by each country that wants to join the BRICS.

Principle of local centrality: The commercial banks of country “A”, member of BRICS do not hold any accounts in the commercial banks of other member countries of BRICS. Similarly, the commercial banks of country “A” member of BRICS do not hold any accounts in the central banks of other member countries of BRICS. The commercial banks of country “A” hold their accounts only with the Central Bank of country “A”.

With the two principles of centrality, all the foreign exchange reserves of country “A”, member of the BRICS are only in the books of PLATBRICS. It is PLATBRICS which holds the cumulative total of all the foreign exchange reserves of all the BRICS countries and it is only PLATBRICS which holds accounts in the Central Banks of Russia, Brazil, China and India.

You have understood the usefulness of the two principles of centrality. With these two principles of centrality, it is never again possible to seize the assets held by country “A”. Suppose China is angry with country “A”. The CNY holdings of country “A” are recorded in the books of PLATBRICS. Country “A” is a creditor of PLATBRICS and not of China. And it is PLATBRICS that holds an account with the Chinese Central Bank containing the CNY belonging to several BRICS countries. So China cannot seize the assets of PLATBRICS, which is a legal person quite distinct from country “A”. This resolves the geostrategic question of seizing assets that prompted the BRICS to engage in the search for alternatives to the USD. And if China goes to the General Assembly of PLATBRICS shareholders to propose the seizure of CNY assets held by country “A” at PLATBRICS, China will have to face the principle of voting by “one country, one vote”.

And how are the stark differences in competitiveness going to be resolved? Countries unable to export to provide their PLATBRICS’ accounts with deposits in RU, CNY, INR, BRL will need to negotiate individual credits bilaterally with holders of RU, CNY, INR or BRL. At least debtors and creditors will be well known and it will be up to each creditor to assess the conditions of its loan. This is a new monetary system that does not make the weight of the system bear on a single country.

What about currency exchange transactions? They take place on a single centralized market which is PLATBRICS. No more crazy currency speculation disconnected from transactions on real economic goods and services. The value of each currency at PLATBRICS will therefore result directly from the real economy.

You have already understood that if a global platform similar to PLATBRICS had been added during the Bretton Woods agreements, Russia would never have had its currencies confiscated because it would have been simply impossible. The two principles of centrality automatically eliminate speculative foreign exchange transactions that are disconnected from the production of goods and services. It will be up to each country to ensure that its central bank diligently processes currency transfer requests from local commercial banks.

In addition to the PLATBRICS Platform, the countries that join the BRICS must adopt at least the following criteria to be validated by any candidate:

Commercial subsidiarity criterion: any BRICS member country that sells or buys must first buy or sell within BRICS and must only trade outside BRICS if there are insufficient customers or suppliers within BRICS. This criterion will make it possible to filter and automatically reject unserious candidates. This criterion will also shatter the mad neoliberalism of the Davos Forum globalists.

Criterion of civilizational convergence No. 1: any member country of the BRICS must necessarily adopt a national law which guarantees the individual, the freedom to practice the religion of his choice.

Criterion of civilizational convergence N°2: any BRICS member country must adopt a national law to ban homosexuality, transgender movements, LGBT movements and abortion.

Of course, with the fulfillment of the dream shown by GOD to Nebuchadnezzar in the Book of Daniel, the Church, Body of the LORD JESUS ​​CHRIST will finally constitute this long-awaited single world global empire and it is then that the Born Again Christians will be able to establish a single currency and a single Central Bank over the whole earth.

Depuis la crise de 2008 et même avant, les économistes de tous bords publient de volumineux livres et articles qui étalent au grand jour, l’inique répartition des richesses entre individus au sein de l’économie mondiale. Exception faite des idéologues néolibéraux qui courent après des marchés théoriques qui n’existent que dans leurs livres, les économistes commencent à converger vers une conclusion centrale : l’inique répartition des richesses entre individus menace à la fois l’existence même des pays et des civilisations. Malheureusement on constate vite qu’aucune solution concrète ne vient répondre à cette forte conclusion centrale. Pourquoi cette incapacité de nos économistes à proposer des solutions concrètes à ce risque systémique mondial qu’est l’inique répartition des richesses entre individus ? La vacuité des propositions de solutions découle naturellement d’un fait simple : dans leur écrasante majorité, les économistes ignorent les mathématiques et sont parfaitement incapables de simuler convenablement la marche du monde économique pour en tirer de vraies solutions. Juste deux exemples pour illustrer cette ignorance des mathématiques qui est fatale à l’écrasante majorité d’économistes. Exemple N°1 : 99% des livres d’économistes sont à passer au pilon parce que les économistes calculent à longueur d’années des dérivées et dérivées partielles pour des fonctions non dérivables et en tirent des oracles mensongers sur le futur. Nul n’examine les conditions de dérivabilité sur l’intervalle considéré avant de se livrer aux calculs d’élasticité, de différentielles, de dérivés partielles. Les ruptures brutales, les instabilités qui mènent au chaos et à l’effondrement sont ignorées et nous nous retrouvons avec nos aveugles qui conduisent d’autres aveugles. Exemple N°2 : 99% des livres d’économistes sont à passer au pilon parce que les économistes ignorent l’axiome fondamental de la science des systèmes. Un Page 3 sur 11 système se caractérise par l’apparition de propriétés émergentes qu’aucune partie (du système) prise individuellement ne peut posséder. Ceci vous est facile à comprendre si vous vous souvenez que vous êtes vous-mêmes un système particulièrement complexe. Vous tombez amoureux de votre voisine mais il vous est évident de comprendre que votre foie ou votre orteil ne peuvent agir pareillement. Donc les lois qui décrivent le système n’ont rien à voir avec les lois qui décrivent n’importe quelle partie (du système) prise individuellement. Pourtant nous connaissons tous l’escroquerie intellectuelle des livres d’économie qui après avoir tant bien que mal raconté l’histoire (déjà fallacieuse) de la loi de l’offre et de la demande pour un individu, généralisent sans vergogne la même loi à l’ensemble du système économique. Mais pourquoi nos économistes peinent-ils tant à mettre sur la table de vraies solutions au danger systémique que constitue l’inique répartition des richesses entre individus dans le monde ? C’est qu’ils ignorent ce que c’est qu’une fractale ! Que le citoyen qui lit ne s’inquiète surtout pas car nous n’allons pas le plonger dans les méandres des mathématiques. Nous allons partager les vérités de façon suffisamment imagée. La géométrie fractale sert à décrire les objets dont les formes laissent apparaître des motifs similaires à des échelles d'observation de plus en plus petites. Il y a auto similarité c’est-à-dire que la plus petite portion de l’objet a exactement la forme du grand objet pris dans son ensemble. Dans la nature, la feuille de fougère par exemple vous montre une fractale. Les flocons de neige, les ramifications des bronches dans vos poumons, offrent des exemples de fractales. Que viennent donc faire les fractales en économie ? C’est tout simple. A l’échelle mondiale, la répartition des richesses entre individus est tout simplement une …fractale ! 1% de la population mondiale (un petit groupe de 70 millions de personnes) possède ou contrôle 99% des richesses de la planète tandis que 99% de la Page 4 sur 11 population de la planète ne possède ou ne contrôle que 1% de la richesse. C’est la figure globale que nous appelons 1/99 – 99/1 Maintenant, sachez que si vous avez une épargne de 1 million USD c’est que vous êtes parmi l’élite mondiale du 1/99. Oui vous vous y retrouvez avec des milliardaires qui détiennent des patrimoines de 100 milliards USD voire plus. Pourtant, vous seriez bien tenté de vous saisir du marteau et de la faucille soviétiques pour lancer une révolution prolétarienne contre ceux qui détiennent 100 milliards USD. C’est que malgré le fait que vous soyez classé parmi les « riches », vous êtes victime d’une seconde fractale ! Comment se caractérise le 1/99 c’est-à-dire le 1% qui détient ou contrôle 99% de la richesse mondiale ? Dans ce 1/99, vous constatez qu’à nouveau, 1% détiennent 99% de 99% de la richesse mondiale tandis que 99% détiennent 1% de 99% de la richesse mondiale ! Ce 1% qui détient 99% de 99% de la richesse mondiale, c’est le second 1/99 que nous appelons (1/99)(1/99). Vous avez une épargne de 10 millions de USD et vous avez donc réussit à vous faufiler dans la seconde fractale c’est-à-dire que vous appartenez au (1/99)(1/99). Le problème c’est que vous êtes encore manifestement un prolétaire, comparé au milliardaire qui détient 100 milliards USD. La seconde fractale du (1/99)(1/99) a donc également une structure fractale ! Nous aboutissons donc à la troisième fractale (1/99)(1/99)(1/99). Vous qui êtes un riche prolétaire (ça ne s’invente pas), vous êtes exclu de la troisième fractale. Et ainsi de suite. Cette répartition des richesses en fractale caractérise l’ensemble de l’économie mondiale et ceci entraîne des conséquences néfastes et inévitables, car issues des mathématiques. La fractale de la répartition inique des richesses possède en mathématiques, un attracteur étrange. Cet attracteur, c’est l’élite de l’élite de…l’élite qui appartient au (1/99)(1/99)(1/99)……………….(1/99)(1/99)(1/99) que nous appelons « attracteur fractal». Concrètement, si vous ordonnez aux banques centrales de lancer de gigantesques Quantitative Easing directs en faveur de la population (l’hélicoptère de Ben Bernanke arrosant les villes et villages de billets de banque par exemple), tout cet argent va au bout d’un temps pas très long se retrouver entièrement entre les mains de « l’attracteur fractal ». C’est une propriété mathématique de la fractale inique. Si vous imposez des augmentations de salaire, pas de problème, tout cet argent va se diriger vers « l’attracteur fractal ». Si vous instaurez le revenu minimum universel pour tous, la rivière coulera Page 5 sur 11 toujours de la montagne vers la mer c’est-à-dire que ce revenu universel va au bout d’un temps pas très long, se concentrer entièrement chez « l’attracteur fractal ». Si vous rendez l’éducation gratuite en sorte d’ouvrir largement les portes de toutes les grandes écoles aux populations pauvres, pas de problème pour « l’attracteur fractal » qui continuera de fonctionner en toute quiétude. Pour résoudre le problème de l’inique répartition des richesses au sein de l’économie mondiale, il faut donc absolument détruire « l’attracteur fractal ». Comment ? La force qui de façon irrésistible pousse toute richesse, toute somme d’argent additionnelle vers « l’attracteur fractal » est bien connue : l’actionnariat en société anonyme. Cet actionnariat en société anonyme dit que l’actionnaire encaisse des profits non limités mais ne supporte que des risques limités à sa participation en capital au sein de l’unité de production de richesse qu’est l’entreprise. Ceci veut dire que tous les risques supérieurs à la quote part de capital de l’actionnaire sont en fait supportés par le « reste de l’économie », puisque la magie n’existant point en économie, tout risque doit bien être assumé par quelqu’un. Pour rétablir l’équité entre revenu et risque, chaque Etat du monde doit agir comme suit: 1/ Définir un seuil d’entreprise à risque fractal (par exemple un seuil de chiffre d’affaires. Ce critère est à la fois significatif de la taille de l’entreprise et facile à appréhender). 2/ Au-delà de ce seuil, récupérer 90% des actions de l’entreprise et les distribuer gratuitement (oui gratuitement) aux citoyens du pays. La technologie blockchain permet de tenir efficacement dans chaque pays un registre des citoyens ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité, ainsi que le portefeuille d’actions gratuites distribuées à chacun, les dividendes que chacun reçoit de ses actions gratuites. Avec la technologie blockchain, vous pouvez facilement stocker les identifiants de toute la population d’un pays ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité. Ensuite vous ouvrez simplement un compte action à chacun et si le pays a par exemple 10 000 000 d’habitants majeurs, chaque citoyen majeur reçoit au crédit de son compte 1/10 000 000 ème de 90% du capital de chaque entreprise à risque fractal. Ce calcul est refait chaque année au gré de l’évolution démographique et de l’évolution du montant du capital des entreprises à risque fractal. Ne vous inquiétez pas car les ordinateurs vous ferons ce calcul en quelques secondes une fois les comptes des entreprises à risque fractal certifiés en fin d’année par les commissaires aux comptes. Finies les bourses de valeurs qui produisent des bulles gigantesques. Seules les entreprises de taille inférieure au seuil du risque fractal verront leurs actions cotées en bourse, achetées et revendues. Plus de Page 6 sur 11 multinationales faisant du lobby dans les bureaux de l’Union Européenne car de toute façon, les super profits des multinationales iront droit dans les poches des citoyens actionnaires détenant 90% du capital. 3/ Au-delà du seuil fractal, les promoteurs initiaux gardent pour eux 10% des actions de l’entreprise ; ce qui, croyez-le, ne les empêche pas d’accumuler raisonnablement de la richesse dans le temps. Pour assurer l’efficacité de la gestion capitaliste, les promoteurs conserveront le pouvoir de décision en ce qui concerne la gestion et la stratégie de l’entreprise (y compris la répartition du profit entre dividendes et réserves pour la croissance future de l’entreprise). 4/ Appliquer également aux entreprises publiques, les principes 1/, 2/ et 3. Oui, il faut nationaliser aussi les entreprises publiques pour éliminer le risque fractal. Vous voilà bien surpris car vous pensiez qu’une entreprise publique était forcément nationalisée. Elle ne l’est pas, tant que 90% des actions ne sont distribuées directement aux citoyens. Ne vous inquiétez pas car chacun paiera à l’Etat de généreuses taxes sur ses dividendes et les finances publiques ne souffriront donc point. Avez-vous aussi remarqué qu’avec cette action proprement révolutionnaire de gestion du risque fractal, les paradis fiscaux disparaîtront instantanément ? 5/ Parmi les entreprise publiques, il y en a une à qui un traitement spécial doit être réservé, à savoir la banque centrale de votre pays. Quelle que soit sa taille et son niveau de chiffres d’affaires, elle doit absolument être nationalisée c’est-à-dire que 90% de son capital doit être gratuitement distribué aux citoyens de votre pays ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité. En effet, les banques centrales actuelles sont des catalyseurs du risque fractal en ce sens que leurs outils de politique monétaire actuels canalisent systématiquement toute monnaie additionnelle et toute richesse additionnelle vers l’attracteur fractal de votre pays. Depuis 2007, les grandes banques centrales de la planète rachètent l’économie de leurs pays avec de la monnaie créée ex-nihilo et seront bientôt propriétaires officielles des économies des pays, grâce à cette politique de Quantitative Easing. Juste quelques illustrations sans vous noyer dans de nombreux chiffres. Dans le cadre du sauvetage de Bear Sterns et de American International Group (AIG) par l’Etat Américain, la FED a investi tout simplement 100 milliards USD dans le rachat d’actifs afin de « sauver » la stabilité du système financier et de l’économie du pays. La FED a opéré ce « sauvetage » avec de la monnaie (monnaie centrale) créée à partir de rien, en un clic d’ordinateur. Vous aimeriez bien que la FED fasse de même pour votre tante Rose qui est lourdement endettée, n’est-ce pas ? Mais elle ne le fera jamais car elle joue son rôle de catalyseur du risque fractal : pousser les liquidités et les richesses vers l’attracteur fractal. Voici ce qui démontre que bientôt les Banques centrales Page 7 sur 11 actuelles seront les propriétaires des économies des pays, grâce à cette politique de Quantitative Easing (QE). Suite aux politiques de QE, les actifs détenus par la FED sont passés de 6,09% du PIB nominal des Etats-Unis en 2007 à 25,41% du PIB nominal en 2014. Les actifs détenus par la Banque du Japon sont passés de 21,91% du PIB nominal du Japon en 2007 à 61,61% du PIB nominal en 2014. Les actifs détenus par la Banque d’Angleterre sont passés de 5,46% du PIB nominal de la Grande Bretagne en 2007 à 22,41% du PIB nominal en 2014. Les actifs détenus par la BCE sont passés de 12,56% du PIB nominal de l’UE en 2007 à 21,31% du PIB nominal 2014. Les actifs détenus par la Banque Nationale Suisse sont passés de 19,53% du PIB nominal de la Suisse en 2007 à 80,27% du PIB nominal en 2014. Actuellement en 2020, ces ratios se sont largement aggravés confirmant le rôle de « possesseurs de l’économie » que viennent d’endosser les grandes banques centrales. Et toutes les autres banques centrales du monde devront suivre cette tendance puisque la pandémie du covid-19 vient de renforcer la crise née en début 2008 et qui sévit encore. Si les banques centrales vont devoir racheter l’économie de chaque pays, il va donc falloir que rapidement, 90% du capital de chaque banque centrale soit distribué gratuitement aux citoyens majeurs de chaque pays, afin d’éviter que ces catalyseurs ne pompent toutes les richesses des pays et les refoulent vers l’attracteur fractal de chaque pays. Prenons le cas concret de la FED pour expliquer aux citoyens ce mécanisme par lequel la banque centrale de chaque pays aspire la richesse du pays et la refoule ensuite vers l’attracteur fractal du pays. Quand la FED crée à partir du néant de la monnaie centrale toute fraîche et ceci sans travailler et utilise cette monnaie centrale pour racheter massivement les actifs problématiques détenus par les banques, il ne s’en suit pas de relance économique parce que les banques redéposent gentiment une importante portion de cet argent chez la FED. C’est ainsi que KPMG nous certifie qu’en 2019, les banques avaient stocké 1 548, 84 milliards USD chez la FED tandis qu’en 2018, ce stock s’élevait à 1 555,95 milliards USD. Mais à quoi sert donc ce stockage chez la FED ? Vous allez vite comprendre en parcourant les comptes de la FED certifiés par KPMG. En 2019, la FED a versé des intérêts aux banques pour 34,937 milliards USD tandis qu’en 2018, cet intérêt versé aux banques était de 38,48 milliards USD. Donc récapitulons. Si les banques ont des obligations d’Etats et des obligations d’entreprises qui posent problème, la FED crée en un clic d’ordinateur de la monnaie centrale et utilise cette monnaie pour racheter aux banques leurs actifs à problème. Puis les banques redéposent une importante portion de cette monnaie centrale issue du Quantitative Easing chez la FED et la FED verse aux banques de mirobolants intérêts sur cet argent qui en fait vient de la FED ! Vous n’êtes pas banquier central mais il vous est évident que je ne vais tout de même pas acheter vos actifs qui vous posent problème (par exemple Page 8 sur 11 votre vielle voiture) puis ensuite, vous verser des intérêts sur le montant du prix de votre voiture que je viens de vous remettre ; lequel montant a été stocké dans mon coffre-fort par vous car vous ne pensez pas que votre argent soit mieux gardé ailleurs que chez moi ! Si j’achète votre vielle voiture, je vous vous invite à aller utiliser votre argent ailleurs et si vous insistez pour me constituer gardien de votre argent, c’est à vous de me verser des frais de garde ! Vous avez maintenant compris le mécanisme par lequel votre banque centrale aspire la richesse et la refoule vers l’attracteur fractal de votre pays. 6/ Et si des promoteurs manoeuvrent pour créer plusieurs entreprises toutes situées en deçà du seuil du risque fractal ? Les banques centrales ont déjà trouvé la réponse en instaurant ce qu’on appelle le ratio de division des risques. Quand des personnes apparentées empruntent dans une banque commerciale, la banque centrale consolide tous leurs crédits et dit que cette consolidation ne doit point dépasser un pourcentage des fonds propres de la banque commerciale. Le risque fractal aussi doit subir cette division des risques. Quand des entrepreneurs multiplient le nombre d’entreprises tout en maintenant chacune d’elles sous le seuil fractal, l’Etat consolide le critère (chiffre d’affaires par exemple) de toutes ces entreprises et applique les principes 1/ à 3/ si le critère consolidé dépasse le seuil fractal. Nous entendons d’ici les protestations des néolibéraux et des ouvriers du prétendu « nouvel ordre mondial » qui diront que le dividende ainsi versé à chaque citoyen majeur de votre pays sera d’un montant ridicule. Revenons à la plus grande banque centrale du monde à savoir la FED. En fin 2019, les comptes de la FED certifiés par KPMG (multinationale à risque fractal qui certifie les comptes d’une banque centrale censée appartenir aux citoyens Américains. L’Etat Fédéral serait donc incapable de trouver des comptables publics compétents pour certifier les comptes de la banque centrale qui en principe appartient aux citoyens) disent que le total des actifs détenus par la FED était de 4 173 641 000 000 USD. Si nous retenons un maigre rendement sur actifs de 1%, la FED dégage donc sous cette hypothèse un rendement annuel de près de 41 736 410 000 USD dont 90% à distribuer à 330 080 131 x 77% soit 254 161 700 américains majeurs (ayant plus de 18 ans). Chaque Américain majeur recevrait donc annuellement un dividende de 147,8 USD versé par la FED. Vous seriez effectivement tentés de dire que cette somme est « ridicule ». Mais n’allez point Page 9 sur 11 vite en besogne. Les Etats-Unis comptent de nombreuses entreprises à risque fractal capables de verser à chaque citoyen le même niveau de dividende « ridicule » chaque année. Et voilà que les ruisseaux s’agrègent pour fabriquer de grands fleuves comme on le voit en Afrique. Admettons l’hypothèse très pessimiste que les Etats-Unis ne recèlent que 50 entreprises à risque fractal capables de verser à chaque citoyen le même niveau de dividendes que la FED. Vous vous retrouvez avec une nation où chaque année, chaque citoyen majeur reçoit dans son compte un dividende de près de 7 390 USD. En fait ce calcul ne prend pas en compte la somme que la pompe aspirante-refoulante verse aux banques et que nous avons examinée ci-dessus. Si vous récupérez la somme que la pompe aspirante-refoulante vole aux citoyens, voici ce que donnent exactement les dividendes que chaque citoyen américain majeur recevra chaque année : Revenus versés au Trésor en 2019 par la FED : 54,89 milliards USD. Intérêts versés aux banques en 2019 par la FED : 34,93 milliards USD. Rendement disponible à distribuer = 54,89 + 34,93 = 89,83 milliards USD (en 2018, le même calcul donnait 103,80 milliards USD). Vous constatez donc qu’en rendant tous les citoyens américains majeurs actionnaires directs de la FED à titre gratuit, chaque américain majeur aurait reçu au titre de l’année 2019, un dividende égal à 318 USD (368 USD au titre de l’année 2018). Nous entendons d’ici les cris d’orfraie qui disent qu’on ne va tout de même pas priver le Trésor américain des revenus que lui verse la FED. Très bien, alors laissons au Trésor ce qui revient au Trésor et versons aux citoyens américains actionnaires, les intérêts que la FED verse aux banques, ainsi que les sommes que la FED verse au comité de banques privées qui gèrent la FED au nom du peuple américain. Somme versée par la FED en 2019 au comité des banques privées qui gèrent la FED : 1 651 000 000 USD (en 2018 ce montant était de 1 687 000 000 USD). Le rendement disponible à distribuer aux citoyens américains majeurs devient : 34,93 milliards USD + 1,651 milliards usd = 36,58 milliards USD. En versant toute cette somme aux citoyens actionnaires de la FED, chaque américain majeur reçoit au titre de l’année 2019, un dividende de 143,93 USD. Considérez donc qu’il n’y a que 50 entreprises à risque fractal aux Etats-Unis capables de servir le même niveau de dividendes que la FED (ce qui est très en deçà de la réalité) et vous obtiendrez un dividende annuel d’au moins 7 196 USD pour chaque citoyen américain majeur. Page 10 sur 11 Et voilà les gangsters qui disparaissent, les prisons qui se vident, les entreprises qui ne peuvent plus honorer tous leurs carnets de commandes, la TVA collectée par l’Etat qui gonfle, la monnaie qui se renforce, les Africains Américains qui se remettent aux mathématiques comme en Egypte il y a plusieurs millénaires, la science et la raison qui irriguent les entreprises et la société parce que nul n’est soumis à la peur du chômage, les prostituées qui quittent les rues, la suppression des lourdes administrations en charge de la gestion des pensions retraite et des allocations chômage, l’automatisation de la production qui peut s’accélérer sans crainte de montée du chômage, « big pharma » qui cesse de zoombifier les populations par de multiples vaccins et molécules parce qu’il lui faut sans cesse des super profits…. Une vraie révolution capitaliste, engendrée par la solution du risque fractal. Vous venez de découvrir un important axiome : on ne peut point bâtir un système capitaliste stable et prospère sans capitalistes. Il faut donc que les milliards de citoyens soient tous capitalistes des entreprises à risque fractal et des banques centrales pour éviter la naissance et le développement de la fractale en matière de revenus, fractale qui mène inévitablement au chaos pour les peuples, les nations et les civilisations. Capitaliste ? Oui c’est-à-dire exactement propriétaires des actions des entreprises à risque fractal et des actions des banques centrales. Appliquez les principes 1/ à 6/ ci-dessus et vous verrez à votre grande surprise que quasiment tous les principaux problèmes de l’économie et de la monnaie seront automatiquement résolus ! Oui, nous savons bien que le montant du dividende que recevra chaque année un citoyen individuel est modeste, voire « ridicule » (exception faite de la Suisse et de certains pays du Sud-Est asiatique) mais notre objectif n’est pas de rendre chaque citoyen millionnaire en USD. Notre objectif est plutôt de : - Rétablir la justice et l’équité entre risque et profit, en rendant tous les citoyens actionnaires des entreprises à risque fractal et des banques centrales car ce sont eux qui assument in fine, les risques au sein de l’économie. Les promoteurs de l’entreprise capitaliste n’assument point les risques supérieurs à leur apport en capital et pourtant, leurs profits sont illimités. Il est donc temps de jeter à la poubelle le modèle de Black et Scholes (les banques commerciales gavées de produits dérivés bâtis sur base de ce modèle crient systématiquement au secours des Etats c’est-à-dire des citoyens quand leurs folies les conduisent au chaos) et les théories mensongères sur l’entrepreneur qui prend tous les risques. Cette action Page 11 sur 11 d’équilibrage entre risque et profit procure d’office à chaque citoyen un dividende annuel qui extirpe la majorité de la population, de la misère et révolutionne la société humaine en rationalisant pensées et comportements. - mettre fin à toutes les sources d’instabilité et de chaos au sein du système capitaliste. Simulez la mise en oeuvre de ces mesures 1/ à 6/ dans votre pays et vous verrez la disparition des instabilités du capitalisme. Et puis à l’heure du crowdfunding, qui sait les innovations que les citoyens détenteurs de petits dividendes récurrents pourront mettre en oeuvre via mutualisation intelligente de leurs « petits » dividendes annuels ? Comment avons-nous pu penser qu’il serait possible de bâtir un système capitaliste sans capitalistes ? N’est-ce pas de la pure folie ? Vous êtes tentés de laisser la maléfique fractale de répartition inique des richesses poursuivre son cours ? Sachez que la fractale est un indice sûr du chaos. Laisser la prétendue main invisible du marché enfermer notre monde dans la fractale inique signifierait que nous avons sciemment choisit de confier notre destin au chaos et à l’effondrement. THE DESTINY OF THE CHURCH

What is the destiny of the Church here on earth ? In clear why has GOD put the Church here on earth ? To anwser this question at the Church level, it is first of all usefull to answer the same question at the level of the individual Born Again Christian. Surely many Born Again Christians have put themselves this question : why has GOD put me here on earth ?

To start, let us recall that we the elect, were chosen by GOD and created by GOD before the very creation of the world. Ephesians 1:4 clearly states that GOD the FATHER chose us in GOD the LORD JESUS CHRIST before the foundation of the world. Yes you individual Born Again Christian, you were created and chosen in GOD the SON JESUS CHRIST by GOD the FATHER even before the creation of the world. Folks, this is quite deep. While the children of Satan were created by GOD only with the creation of the world (and sown in the world by Satan), we were created and elected before the creation of the world. So we are not the same age as Satan’s children and Satan’s children can just not match us in any way. This is surely why GOD has established us as gods over Satan’s children, making us the only light to them and the only salt to them. What we bind here on earth concerning them is bound in Heaven and what we loose here on earth concerning them  is loosed in Heaven as revealed in Matthew 16 :19. Yes GOD has established us as gods over Satan’s children as revealed in Exodus 7 :1 when GOD says ; I have made thee a god to Pharaoh.

Now John 17:16 says that you Born Again Christian are not of this world, while John 8 :23 says that Satan’s children are of this world. This is quite normal because we existed in GOD, chosen by GOD even before the creation of this world while Satan’s children were created by GOD only with this world and then handed over to Satan so that Satan could sow them in this world (2 Corinthians 9 :10 says that GOD is HE that ministereth seed to the sower and Satan is also a sower like us).

If you, Born Again are not of this world, why then has GOD put you in this world ? The answer is revealed by 1 Corinthians 15 : 36-38. GOD put you Born Again Christian in this world so that you should die (yes die with CHRIST JESUS because a seed put into the earth must start by going rotten and dying), then resurrect (yes resurrect with CHRIST JESUS) and then receive from GOD a new Body which will bear a lot of fruits for GOD. Yes, as long as you were not yet sent into the world by GOD, it was not possible for you to produce fruits for GOD. So you came here on earth to die, then resurrect and receive a new Body which could bear a lot of fruits for GOD. This is why GOD sent you individual Born Again, here on earth.  Ephesians 2 :10 says that you were created in JESUS CHRIST unto good works, which GOD has before ordained. But as long as you were not yet come into this world, you were just unable to fulfill these good works because it was necessary for you to start by dying in CHRIST JESUS, resurrect in CHRIST JESUS and then receive a new Body able to bear fruits for GOD, that is able to fulfill all the good works which GOD has before ordained. This is why you are here on earth and this is a striking difference between we human Christians and Angels. Angels don’t need to do like GOD that is to die and resurrect before ministering unto GOD but we human Chistians, created at the image of GOD, we need to die and resurrect before being able to yield fruits unto GOD. And this earth is the only place chosen by GOD for this dying and resurrection process.

Now that we have discovered in the Bible why is the individual Born Again Christian sent to this world by GOD, let us tackle the reason why GOD has put his Church in this world.

What is the destiny of the Church here on earth ?

 To answer to this let us remember that CHRIST JESUS is the HEAD and the Church is the Body. Since the HEAD has already accomplished all the past and all the future, it is wise to just look at what the HEAD has achieved and you will get a clear understanding of the destiny and mission of the Church on earth. The Body must follow exactly the HEAD because John 5 :19 reveals that what things soever the HEAD doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. So what has done the LORD JESUS CHRIST who is our HEAD ? He died at Golgotha, went rotten in the grave and spent two days in the grave and early in the morning of the third day, HE resurrected. This is exactly what the Church is following. The Church was sown in year 30 at the Pentecost. But we were sown as a dead seed into the world  as explained by 1 Corinthians 15 : 36-38 already shared above. So we the Church, we are died, gone rotten and we are stinking in the grave since year 30, giving a savour of death unto death to them that perish (Satan’s children) and giving a savour of life unto life to them that are saved. But we must follow the HEAD as revealed in John 5 :19 meaning that in year 2030, early in the morning, there must be a global resurrection of the Church all over the world. This means that in year 2030, Daniel 2 :44 will be accomplished. GOD will resurrect his Kingdom which is the Church and the Church will break in pieces all the four global satanic empires on earth and then the Church will become a mountain filling the whole earth meaning that the Church will become a unique global Kingdom filling the whole earth.  

Yes this will happen in year 2030 because Daniel 2 :44 says that it will happen « in the days of these kings » and not during the rapture or the great tribulation or the millenial reign of the LORD JESUS on earth. It will happen when the four global satanic empires are still standing on earth and having their evil kings ruling over them. Please Daniel 2 :44 is clear. It is not saying that GOD will come down HIMSELF on earth to do the job but it is saying that GOD will set up here on earth a Kingdom which will do the job. So neither the tribulation period nor the millenial reign are concerned here. Read again Daniel 2 :44 in thy Bible (King James) please and read this verse calmly. Who says that the Church is the only Kingdom of GOD working here on earth ? The answer is found in Revelation 1:6 and Hebrews 12 :28. These verses establish without doubt that GOD has only one precise Kingdom acting here on earth on his behalf : the Church.

And the Kingdom set by GOD as stated in Daniel 2 :44 is acting here on earth and not in Heaven. Exodus 19 :6 says this ; And ye shall be unto ME a Kingdom of Priests, and an holy Nation. So there is no doubt that it is the Church which is destroying all the four global satanic empires and it is this resurrected Church which is becoming a unique global Kingdom filling the earth and ruling the earth. Daniel 2 :45 says clearly that this Stone which brakes in pieces the four satanic kingdoms all over the earth is cut out of the Mountain without hands. Which Mountain is that ? Psalm 2 :6 says that this Mountain is the Holy Hill of Zion and Psalm 2 :6 reveals that GOD the FATHER has set up his KING over this Holy Hill and even a child knows that this KING set up over Mount Zion is GOD the SON the LORD JESUS CHRIST. Ephesians 2 :6 reveals that each Born Again Christian is sitting in heavenly places in CHRIST JESUS, meaning that the whole Church is sitting in heavenly places in CHRIST JESUS who is established KING over Mount Zion. This is why Nebucadnezzar saw in his dream, the Church cut out of Mount Zion without hands. Without hand means that this action is supernaturally monitored by GOD HIMSELF.

Once the Church is cut out without hands from Mount Zion and is used by GOD in year 2030 to destroy all the four satanic global empires, will darkness disappear instantly from the earth ? Will all false religions, all freemasonry (I always wonder how slaves of sin and death can call themselves free), all rosicrusianism, all illuminatis cults, all other dark witchcrafts disapear instantly from the earth in this year 2030 ? Let us open again the Book of Daniel to answer precisely to this important question. Daniel 2 :34-35 says that after the Stone cut out without hands has done the the job of breaking to pieces all the four satanic global empires, the WIND will carry all this trash away from the earth. Yes read it carrefully in thy King James Holy Bible. It is the Stone that is the Church which is doing the destruction job (step one) and after this destruction job is done, the WIND that is the HOLY SPIRIT comes in and do the cleaning job (step two). Bible readers do not need additional explanation to understand that this WIND cleaning away the trash from the earth is the HOLY SPIRIT. Then after the cleaning job has been properly done by the WIND, the Stone grows and becomes a great mountain filling the whole earth (step three). These three steps are very clear in Daniel 2 :34-35. The first step happens early in the morning on the third day of resurrection that is in year 2030. But how long will it take for the HOLY GHOST to clean away all the trash from the earth ? Daniel 7 : 21-22 says that the little horn rising up upon the head of the fourth beast makes war with the Saints and prevails against them untill GOD comes and gives judgment to the Church so that the Church takes possession of the Kingdom. This war started the very day the Church was born at the Pentecost in year 30. Since the year 30, this little horn has been trampling on and crushing the Church. As if it were not enough, Daniel 8 : 9-11 reveals that since our birth in year 30, there is also another little horn rising up upon the head of the western goat and which has been casting down to the ground some of  the Stars of Heaven and stamping upon them. The Stars of Heaven mentioned here are the Church dead in the grave. Just open thy Bible for few seconds and you will discover therein that the Stars of Heaven are the Born Again Christians or the Angels of Born Again Christians. Genesis 37 :9 says that the sun is Jacob, the eleven stars are the eleven sons of Jacob while the moon is Joseph’s mother. In Matthew 2 :2 the wise men from the east say that they have seen the Star of the new born Messiah. Revelation 1 : 20 says that the seven Stars which are in the right hand of GOD are the Angels of the seven churches. So this another little horn coming from the west as revealed in Daniel 8 : 9-11  destroys the east, the south, the Holy Land which is the Church, casts down to the ground and stamps over a portion of the Church since our birth in year 30 at the Pentecost. How long shall be this destruction of authentic Christianity by the two little horns ? The answser is revealed in Daniel 8 :13-14. Read carefully please. The second little horn destroys authentic Christianity throughout the earth for two thousand and three hundred days. You already know as explained in  Ezekiel 4 :5-6, that a day can announce a year in the prophetic realm. This leads us to discover that the destruction of authentic Christianity by the second little horn will last two thousand and three hundred years, starting from our birth in year 30. The Church will prevail throughout the earth and rule the earth as from year 2030 but Authentic Christianity will be completely established all over the earth only as from year 2 330 (30+2 300). So, we will still have all the current countries on earth from year 2030 to year 2330 allthough the Church will start ruling each country as from year 2030.  Daniel 8 :14 says that the cleansing of the sanctuary will occur after two thousand and three hundred prophetic years and since we were born in year 30, we understand that in year 2 330, the Authentic Christianity will fill the earth because all the trash of the four satanic global empires will have been wiped away from the earth in year 2 330. Here we are at last! We the Church resurrect in year 2 030, early in the morning of the third prophetic day, break in pieces with our spiritual weapons the four global satanic empires and start ruling in each country of the earth but without being yet a global empire. Then the HOLY GHOST takes three hundred years to cleanse the earth from false religions, freemasonry, rosicrusianism, illuminatis cults ( I always wonder how can the darkness of the law illuminate the illuminatis) and all other dark witchcrafts. In year 2330, the cleansing job is completed by the HOLY GHOST and so the Church can freely turn into a great mountain filling the whole earth that is a unique global and Holy Empire ruling the earth. You may argue that you have not seen in the Bible the duration of the war which the first little horn is carrying against the Saints. Fool, have you not read in Daniel 8 :14 that after two thousand and three hundred days the sanctuary will be cleansed ? The sanctuary is cleansed in year 2330 meaning that any dark dominion including that of the first little horn will completely disappear either before this date or at this date.                

 Now why do we say that the Church is dead in the grave from year 30 to year 2030 ? Bible readers know that for GOD, one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day (2 Peter 3 :8). Since the HEAD which is the FATHER spent two days in the grave, the Body which is the Church and which is the Son must also spend two prophetic days that is two thousand years in the grave. The two little horns have been destroying the TRUTH and the Church and have been prevailing against the Church since our birth in year 30 but GOD says this to the destroyers of the Church : Destroy this Temple and in three days, I will raise it up (John 2 :19). Of course only the seed of Satan do not understand that this Temple which GOD is raising on the third day as promised in Hosea 6:2 is GOD’s Body which is the Church. This is what GOD says in 1 Corinthians 15 :36. Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die. So we the Church were sown in the world as a dead mustard seed in year 30 at the Pentecost, but in year 2030, early in the morning of the third day, we will be resurrected by GOD and will start producing grain for GOD throughout the earth.

The next question which comes now is to know what will the Church do after destroying the four satanic global empires in year 2030 and after becoming a unique Kingdom filling the whole earth in year 2330. To answer to this let us go back again to the HEAD. After resurrecting early in the morning on the third day, the HEAD revealed HIMSELF as a Glorious resurrected CHRIST to his disciples during fourty days. The Body will do the same thing meaning that as from year 2030, the Church will rule the entire earth for fourty thousand years, thus answering to the earnest expectation of the creation which waiteth for the manifestation of the Sons of GOD (Romans 8 :19). Yes the Church rules the entire earth as from year 2030 but since the HOLY GHOST will work till year 2330 to wipe away all the broken pieces of the four satanic global empires, it is only as from year 2330 that the Church will completely transform into a unique global Holy Empire filling the whole earth. Ruling the earth does not mean that you are already a unique global empire. These two steps are different as you can clearly see in the Bible. We rule each country of the earth as from year 2030 but all the trash of the broken satanic empires will still be filling the earth, preventing us from building a global Empire and this will last till year 2330 when the HOLY GHOST will have completed the cleaning of the earth as mentioned in Daniel 2 :35.  As from year 2330 when the WIND will have completely wiped away all the broken pieces of the four satanic global empires, the Church will cancel all the current countries and transform into a unique global Empire ruling the whole earth.  Are you still questioning why should the Church rule here on earth ? Oh thou fool, just open thy Bible and believe what says Romans 4 : 13. Romans 4 :13 says that we the Church, the seed of Abraham, we received from GOD who never lies, the promise that we must inherit the whole world and this promise is through the righteousness of faith. Do you know any heir who inherits but never rule upon his inheritance? And what will happen after the reign of the Church on earth during fourty thousand years ; which reign starts in year 2030 ? Even a child knows that the answer is the rapture. The HEAD was raptured after fourty days and so the Body will also be raptured after fourty thousand years of reign on earth, which reign must start in year 2030. Is that the end of the destiny of the Church on earth? Not yet and so, let us continue.

Matthew 25 :1-13 reveals that only a portion of Christians, the five wise virgins will be raptured after the fourty thousand years reign of the Church all over the earth. Another portion of Christians, the five foolish virgins will be left behind. A Born Again Christian is a virgin daughter of Zion (2 Kings 19:21). How do we know that a great portion of Christians will be left behind during the « first » rapture as mentioned in Matthew 25 :1-13 ( we put « first » because as you know, Enoch and Elijah were raptured before this rapture we are talking about here )? To answer to this let us go back to our Bible. Our Bible says this in Ecclesiastes 3 :15 ;  That which has been is now ; and that which is to be has already been ; and GOD requireth that which is past.

In the past, GOD used king Solomon to reveal to us the fourty thousand years reign of the Church here on earth. Are you still questioning why should the Church rule here on earth ? Oh thou fool, just open thy Bible and believe what says Romans 4 : 13. Do you know any heir who inherits but never rule upon his inheritance? The fourty years glorious reign of Solomon announce the fourty thousand years glorious reign of the Church on earth. Bible readers know that GOD also says that HE counts a day for a year as mentioned in Ezekiel 4:5-6. Here we can use what mathematicians call transitivity. A day can be counted for a year and a day is also a thousand years in the prophetic realm. This means that a natural year can prohetically announce a thousand years. That is why Solomon reigned for fourty years, announcing fourty thousand reign of the Church on earth. 1 Chronicles 17 :11-14 shows that Solomon represents and announces the Church ; he builds the Temple of GOD (and Christians know that GOD’s Temple is CHRIST’s Body which is the Church), the mercy of GOD will never be taken away from him and this is exactly the case for each Born Again which is elected by GOD before the creation of the world, he is the son of GOD as is any Born Again Christian. So how did end the reign of Solomon after fourty years ? At the end of his reign, Solomon turned away from GOD, married many heathen women, dived into idolatry. This is exactly how will end the fourty thousand years reign of the Church on earth. This marvelleous and very brilliant fourthy thousand years reign of the Church on earth will end in inter marriages with pagan seed of Satan and idolatry. This is why the rapture which will occur after fourty thousand years of Church’s reign will be a bitter surprise for a great majority of Christians ; the foolish virgins. When you are reigning and ruling on earth, you tend to enjoy and when you are living in permanent enjoyment, you easiliy forget to watch and pray (keeping oil in thy lamp) though you are a Born Again Christian. This is what the LORD JESUS CHRIST announced in Luke 18 :8 when HE said ; Nevertheless when the SON of Man cometh (on the clouds of course), shall HE find faith on earth ?

So when the wise virgins are raptured after fourty thousand years of Church’s reign on earth, GOD will punish the rebellious Solomon, the five foolish virgins, by splitting the left behind Church into two kingdoms ; on one hand the kingdom of Judah representing all the gentiles who were sinful Christians and are left behind and on the other hand the kingdom of Joseph representing all Jews who also were sinful Christians and are left behind. Just read 1 King 11 :11-13 to understand this. From these two kingdoms will spring forth millions who will repent with sackloth ; these are the two witnesses revealed in the Book of Revelation.

Many of the Christians left behind, made of both Jews and Gentiles (the two witnesses revealed in Revelation 11 :3-4) will repent before GOD with sackloth and get back to CHRIST JESUS. This tribulation Church made of backsliding Christians who have sincerely repented with sackloth will be empowered by GOD to damage all the rebellious civilizations awakened by Satan throughout the earth, with catastrophic judgments, signs and wonders as revealed in Revelation 11: 5-6. This damage will be accomplished on a global scale upon all rebellious nations by the tribulation Church, and this during three years and half, starting from the rapture of the wise virgins. After the three years and half, the dragon which is Satan will be given power over the tribulation Church and he will kill all those tribulation Saints and lay their bodies openly under the sun, refusing them grave. During three days and half their bodies will be let under the sun while the antichrist and Satan will be ruling the earth. Do you here realize how demonic are the rebellious nations of the earth ? They will enjoy having under their noses for three days and half, millions of stinking bodies of tribulation Saints. After these three days and half, all the tribulation Saints will be resurrected and raptured by GOD as revealed in Revelation 11 :11-12. This is the « second » rapture occuring three years and half after the « first rapture ». Finally, after antichrist and Satan have ruled the earth for three years and half starting from the killing of the tribulation Saints, an Angel of GOD will come down from Heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain. He will bind Satan an shut him up in the bottomless pit for a thousand years (Revelation 20 :1-3). And then the LORD JESUS CHRIST will come from Heaven and settle on earth with all the Church including the wise virgins wich are raptured just before the opening of the tribulation period and the tribulation Church which is raptured at the middle of the tribulation period.  And from there on, the LORD JESUS CHRIST and the whole Church will reign on earth for a thousand years. Folks, do you realize how important it is to reign over the earth ? During this millenial reign of GOD and the Church on earth, there will still be billions of Satan’s children on earth, waiting eagerly for the liberation of their father the dragon. These children of Satan will see all the good deeds of GOD on earth and even enjoy all the good living conditions set on earth by GOD during the millenial reign but this will not prevent them from longing after the liberation of their father Satan. They will just not repent. Folks, understand this and learn a lesson. It is not because you do a lot of good to Satan’s seed that it will repent and seek GOD. So allthrough the millenial reign of GOD and the Church on earth, Satan’s children will secretly conspire permanently in their lodges of darkness, waiting for their father the dragon to be loosed. Just read Psalm 2 :1-2 to discover this permanent conspiration carried out against GOD by Satan’s seed.  Folks, understand that even if you tremendously improve economic, political and living conditions for all the rebelious nations of the earth, this will not lead them to any repentence before GOD. They will instead long permamently after their sole objective; crowning Satan their father as king over the earth. So do not dream that when we apply justice and do good alltrough the earth, Satan’s seed will be grateful for that and turn back to JESUS CHRIST. Faith in JESUS does not spring from the earth, it comes from Heaven only. When the thousand years of millenial reign are expired, Satan being loosed out of the bottomless pit will immediately gather all his billions of children around the planet and they will together compass the Church and the city of Jerusalem (Revelation 20 :7-8). At this juncture, GOD will just send fire from Heaven to devour Satan and his billions of children (Revelation 20 :9). Here will end the mission of the Church on this current earth.

 Such is the destiny of the Church here on this current earth which will flee away and disapear as mentioned in Revelation 20:11.

Qui gaspille donc l’argent public ?

Qui gaspille donc l’argent public ?

C'est curieux de constater que même dans les pays industrialisés et structurés, les politiques et économistes et différents "stratèges" posent sans cesse des questions et problèmes dont les réponses sont connues.

Dans de nombreux pays se pose sans cesse la même question en cette fin décembre 2018: où va la dépense publique ? Même les "économistes émérites" posent sans cesse la même question. Prenons par exemple la France des Huguenots. Il suffit de lire les rapports de la cour des comptes de ce pays pour savoir qui mange ce "pognon de dingue"

Premier coupable qui mange le "pognon de dingue"; la cour des comptes dit que ce sont les dépenses fiscales (plus de 90 milliards euros par an et excusez du peu) et si ce terme est technique pour vous, il signifie simplement les cadeaux fiscaux au 0,01% qui détient 99,99% de la richesse. Vous allez sans doute vous demander la raison de ces cadeaux fiscaux. Réponse ; ils servent à amadouer le 0,01% qui peut en un clic d’ordinateur déplacer sa fortune vers le Panama ou vers les Bahamas ou vers l’Etat du Delaware! Ce 0,01% trépigne du pied et n’attend plus que le monde nouveau sans pays, sans cultures des peuples, sans DIEU et gouverné depuis un prétendu nouveau temple localisé là où dit la Bible, par  l’antéchrist de Satan.

Donc les cadeaux fiscaux faits à certaines catégories de citoyens sont le premier responsable des problèmes et ensuite la cour des comptes ajoute que l'efficacité des ces cadeaux n'est pas prouvée et va même jusqu'à faire des tests qui démontrent largement l'inefficacité de plusieurs cadeaux fiscaux.

Deuxième coupable qui mange le "pognon de dingue": irrationalité des investissements publics parce que non application des techniques modernes de project management; les annonces politiques et les prétendus schémas directeurs qu'affectionnent nos loufoques dictateurs des tropiques prenant le pas sur les techniques d'évaluation de la pertinence économique. Ici le coupable est à rechercher dans ce 18ème siècle maçonnique des ténèbres qui nous a légué ce système de prétendus "partis politiques" qui font compétition dit-on devant le peuple pour accéder au pouvoir et au gouvernement (alors que chacun sait que du fonds des ténèbres ce sont les comploteurs illuminatis qui tirent les ficelles pour vainement essayer d'établir le prétendu gouvernement mondial des ténèbres).

Au passage, la cour des comptes rappelle un principe fondamental en économie: l'inflation zéro que recherchent toutes les banques centrales enrichit les capitalistes détenteurs de titres de créances (sur l'Etat bien sûr) mais aggrave de plus en plus le déficit public c'est-à-dire appauvrit de plus en plus le "reste de la population". Voilà un troisième mangeur de "pognon de dingue" ; cette quête mondiale effrénée de l’inflation zéro.

Puis dans un langage technocratique rôdé, la cour des comptes dit que toutes les souffrances des coupes budgétaires imposées aux peuples européens depuis Bruxelles sont fondées sur un « PIB potentiel » que personne ne sait comment mesurer en économie. Et comme personne ne sait comment mesurer, chacun fait son choix idéologique en ce qui concerne la méthode de mesure. Chaque gouvernement a sa mesure, le couple FMI/World Bank a sa mesure, Bruxelles a sa mesure et les économistes se déchirent à longueur d’années sur comment mesurer une insaisissable « croissance potentielle » et un chimérique « PIB potentiel ». Pourtant le « PIB potentiel » et la « croissance potentielle » sont les fondations que Bruxelles utilise pour imposer ses coupes budgétaires. Voilà de la sorcellerie à l’état pur qu’un gilet jaune qui n’a fréquenté ni Polytechnique, ni Centrale, ni l’Ena, ni Hec ne comprend point.

Cet exemple de la France se répète en fait dans la quasi totalité des pays, avec grossière amplification dans nos dictatures des tropiques et nous venons de le partager simplement à titre d'illustration pour que les peuples de la terre comprennent qu’en économie politique, la magie n’opère point et tout choix irrationnel se paie par une variable d’ajustement. Les illuminatis ont fait un choix spirituel du fonds des ténèbres : ce choix satanique dit que la construction du gouvernement mondial adorant le veau d’or étant essentiellement irrationnelle, les peuples sont la variable d’ajustement qui va payer le prix de l’avènement de l’antéchrist.

Il n'y a donc plus à lancer des audits de dépenses publiques en ce qui concerne les pays développés ; il faut simplement ouvrir et lire les rapports des cours des comptes et "marketer" leur contenu auprès des peuples afin qu’ils comprennent que les illuminatis les ont tous offerts en sacrifice sur l’autel du veau d’or, comme variable d’ajustement.
